Homemade chicken stock! A (very) healthy choice.

You’ve heard it before, maybe it was your mom or your grandmother suggesting chicken soup as a remedy when you weren't feeling well. Chicken stock (also referred to as bone broth) cooked with onions, carrots, and celery is packed with healing nutrients that aside from treating a common cold, may help to protect your gut, increase immunity, and battle inflammation.
