We have repeatedly won awards for Best Fried Chicken and Chicken Pot Pie, as well as Mac & Cheese, and we have been consistently nominated for Potato Salad, Barbeque Restaurant, and Off-Premise Caterer on Long Island since the beginning of the BOLI awards! At Zorn’s, tradition is everything. We use the same recipes and cooking methods as we did in 1940, and there is always a Zorn in the kitchen making sure that the original recipes are still prepared as they were 85 years ago.

Quality and Old Fashioned Cooking Methods!

Our chefs have been trained to cook like Grandma did! For example, our carrots and potatoes are hand-peeled; garlic is oven-roasted for garlic mashed potatoes and garlic mayo; slow-simmered chicken broth is used in our soups and sauces using only the best ingredients, including our grade-A poultry; hand-made pie crust for our chicken pot pies, imported linguine from Italy for our Chicken Francaise, our spices and sauces are all blended using Poppy Zorn’s special recipes.
